So whatever software is used it has capped the download and I cant fix it. Its a wired connection to a windows 8.1 pc with 32gb of ram and a 1gig ethernet. I just did a reset and no joy. It has the latest firmware as well. Can I send this back and get my money back as it looks as if there is no fix?
